Michael Frei

Michael Frei currently serves as the Director of Finance and FP&A at CytoReason since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various finance leadership positions, including Director of Finance at ArborKnot Ltd., and Finance Director at NI (National Instruments). At OptimalPlus, Michael was responsible for overseeing financial statements, global insurance, and managing a team of accountants as Director of Finance and Accounting. Michael also has experience as a Senior Accountant at Xura, where duties included preparing consolidated financial statements and managing SOX processes. Michael's earlier roles involved consolidation management and intercompany accounting at Comverse Network Systems and Comverse, along with experience as a Senior Associate at PWC. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accountancy and a Master of Arts in Law from Bar Ilan University.
