Eli Mahan's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at D-BAT Sports since August 2018. In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations, focuses on strategic planning, and directs the company's operations to support its goals. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Misc. Stuff at D-BAT Sports from June 2017. Before joining D-BAT Sports, Eli Mahan worked as the Creative Director at D-BAT Sports for a period of six months from January 2017. Eli was responsible for overseeing social media, maintaining email lists, assisting with franchise leads, organizing owner's meetings, and creating corporate documents. Additionally, Eli Mahan worked as the Director of Sales at D-BAT Sports from July 2016 to January 2017. In this role, they selected, developed, and coached a sales team, developed and implemented sales plans, cultivated business relationships, collaborated with the marketing team, and contributed to product development and revenue growth. Prior to joining D-BAT Sports, Eli Mahan served as the Director of Sales at Mavich Branding Group from March 2014 to January 2015.
Eli Mahan attended Tarleton State University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

Our main goal is to provide a quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels and help them reach their goals. We started out as one facility in North Dallas in 1998 and began franchising in 2008. Since then, we have grown to over 40 locations nationwide with over 40 territories sold and coming soon. We also signed our first international agreement in early 2017 to bring 10 locations to China.
