Matan Showstack

Matan Showstack has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matan currently works at D.C. United as the Facility Security and Operations Manager and previously held the position of Special Security Officer, Security Operations. Matan also worked at The George Washington University as a Teaching Instructor in Hebrew. Prior to that, they worked at SponsorUnited as the Market Lead, Washington DC, and also participated in their experiential training program, SponsorUniversity, as a Sponsorship Scout. Matan was also involved in New Business Development at RubiRides. Matan gained experience in program management as the National Program Manager at the Israeli-American Council (IAC). In addition, Matan co-founded and managed Smoothie Rider, a successful business with an annual revenue of $500k. Matan began their career as a Military Leader/Command in the Israeli Defense Forces, where they demonstrated leadership skills and successfully led training and operational activities.

Matan Showstack received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Sports Management from The George Washington University in May 2022. After completing their undergraduate studies, Matan went on to pursue a Master of Science in Sport Management at The George Washington University School of Business, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
