Nicholas K. has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Nicholas started their career as an intern at London City Mission, where they designed promotional materials for non-profit organizations and events. Nicholas then worked as a Media & Communications Manager at Citylife Presbyterian Church & The Gospel Coalition NE, where they launched the media presence and developed social media channels and strategy. Following this, Nicholas worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, merging with virtual teams to design and consult for nonprofits and for-profit businesses. Nicholas then joined Trevecca Nazarene University as a Marketing Strategist & Sr. Graphic Designer, where they developed and designed assets to increase the university's footprint and reach. After that, they worked at The Resonate Group, Inc. as a Creative Director, overseeing creative projects. Currently, Nicholas is the Business Owner of Wild Jack Creatives, a freelance creative agency that focuses on strategy, branding, and photography. In 2023, they will join D1 TRAINING as a Creative Director.
Nicholas K. pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication & Media Studies - Film & Video Production from Asbury University between the years 2007 and 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to Western Seminary, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Ministry and Leadership from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, Nicholas pursued further education at Trevecca Nazarene University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, for the period of 2018 to 2020.

D1 TRAINING
D1 Training is a leading fitness concept that utilizes the five basic tenets of athletic-based training to help people of all ages achieve their sport and fitness goals. All D1 Training locations offer four age-based programs including Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18), and Adult (ages 18+). Each fitness program is based on the five athletic-based training tenets: dynamic warm-up, performance series, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool down. To ensure athletes are on track to meet sport and fitness goals new workouts are created every eight weeks by D1’s National Training Panel, led by Bartholomew, optimized for desired results. Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches which has been utilized by professional and Olympic athletes. D1 Training currently has more than 50 performance centers open with 120 in development, and the brand expects more than 125 locations operating in the next three years.
