Vivian Chen is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and community engagement within the technology and women's empowerment sectors. Currently a founding member and core contributor at da0, Vivian has also served as a co-managing director and program director at Girls in Tech, Inc., where efforts focus on empowering women in technology. Additionally, Vivian co-founded and served as CEO of Hepta Protocol, which supports enterprises in their environmental, social, and governance initiatives. Other notable roles include program manager at SparkLabs Taipei, founder's success at Cherubic Ventures, and community advocate at Bitmark Inc. With a strong background in women's rights promotion and higher education initiatives, Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree from Fu Jen Catholic University.
