John Chia

John Chia is currently serving as the APAC Head of Ocean Freight LCL at DACHSER since March 2024. Prior to this role, John held positions including Cluster Head of Ocean Freight at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics from November 2020 to February 2024, and APAC Head of Ocean Freight LCL at Panalpina from January 2017 to October 2020. John's career in the logistics industry began in 2005 at CWT Globelink Pte Ltd, where a management trainee role led to subsequent positions, including Regional Business Development Manager and Assistant Manager in various capacities. John Chia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2004.
