Doran Nicolae-Daniel

DORAN Nicolae-Daniel has over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Development Team Leader at Automobile Dacia S.A. since March 2010. In this role, DORAN focuses on team development by enhancing employee skills, managing workloads, and ensuring compliance with project deadlines. Previously, DORAN held positions as Engineering Leader and CNC Programmer, where responsibilities included creating CNC programs and conducting programming training sessions. DORAN started the engineering career at Centrul Tehnic Est European and worked as a student and worker at Automobile Dacia S.A. DORAN holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and an Engineer's degree, both from Universitatea din Pitești.
