Isabel's career also encompasses significant HR positions at GE, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Kimberly-Clark, where expertise in HR business partnership, organizational development, and talent acquisition was demonstrated. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has completed multiple specialized programs in human resources.
