Colin McCabe

Colin McCabe is a seasoned governance specialist with extensive experience in managing USAID-funded projects across the Middle East and North Africa. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Specialist at DAI since November 2015, Colin leads technical assistance for governance activities, develops methodologies, and supports monitoring and evaluation efforts in countries like Jordan, Egypt, Libya, and Niger. Prior experience includes various roles at ICMA, where responsibilities encompassed project management in multiple regions, and contributions as a consultant at ECODIT focused on climate change adaptation. Colin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
