Harvey Schartup

Harvey Schartup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Party at DAI since December 2022, Harvey has previously held the position of Project Management Consultant at ACDI/VOCA, focusing on livestock projects. Prior to that, Harvey was Chief of Party for the RISE II Water Security & Resilience Activity at Winrock International. Notably, Harvey spent over 18 years at Chemonics International in multiple leadership capacities, including Director and Chief of Party, with a focus on projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Central Asia. Harvey's educational background includes studies at the University of Hawaii.
