Katherine Tilahun

Katherine Tilahun is an accomplished senior director at DAI, leading the Office of Programs Performance since January 2014, where oversight of operational and financial standards is provided across nine international portfolios valued at $4.3 billion. In previous roles, Katherine served as the Director of Partnerships for the USAID INVEST Project, influencing project strategy and managing a $170 million portfolio, and as a Senior Project Manager overseeing significant USAID initiatives in the MENA region. Prior experience includes positions at Creative Associates International, ArmorGroup North America, and the U.S. Army Iraq Project and Contracting Office, with a strong focus on program strategy and proposal development. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in International Security Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
