Shyam Mishra

Shyam Mishra is a seasoned auditing professional with extensive experience in corporate internal audit across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Corporate Internal Audit at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd., Shyam developed and executed an annual risk-based audit plan while leading internal audits and ensuring compliance with J-SOX requirements. Previous roles include Head of Internal Audit for India and Indonesia at Frigoglass, where Shyam contributed to creating a zero high-risk environment and effectively prepared for Audit Committee Meetings. Earlier positions include Deputy Manager of Corporate Internal Audit at Daikin, Internal Auditor at ASK Automotive, and Deputy Manager of Internal Audit at Obeetee Inc. Shyam began a career in auditing as an Internship Trainee at B OJHA & CO. Shyam holds a Chartered Accountants degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
