Cayla Bamberger

Cayla Bamberger is an experienced journalist specializing in education and youth issues, currently serving as an Education and Youth Issues Reporter for the New York Daily News since November 2022. Prior roles include Education Reporter for the New York Post from March to November 2022 and for The Connecticut Post during their time at Hearst from February 2021 to March 2022, where coverage spanned education in Bridgeport and statewide. Additionally, Cayla has contributed to The Hechinger Report and held internships at Paste Magazine and Bauer Media Group, among others. Cayla holds a Master's degree from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in English and Film & Media Studies from Emory University.
