Christopher Zoukis

Christopher Zoukis is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Director of the Prison Consulting Division at Elizabeth Franklin-Best, P.C. and as Chairman of the Board for the Human Rights Defense Center. Since June 2019, Christopher has been the Managing Director of Zoukis Consulting Group. Christopher holds various editorial and writing roles, including Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and contributing writer for notable publications such as the New York Journal of Books, The Huffington Post, and New York Daily News, primarily focusing on criminal justice. Christopher is also the founder of both PrisonerResource.com and ChristopherZoukis.com, platforms dedicated to advocacy and public outreach regarding prison-related issues. Academically, Christopher earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Davis in 2022, along with advanced degrees in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies from Adams State University.
