Betsy Ballard

Betsy Ballard has extensive experience in corporate management and human resources, holding key positions at Daimler Truck North America from September 2016 to December 2024, including N. American Executive Head of Corporate Safety, Corporate Security, and Corporate Real Estate, and Human Resources Director for the North American Powertrain and Aftermarket Solutions Business Units. Prior to that, Betsy served as Director of Supplier Management, focusing on supplier quality and supply management processes. Betsy's earlier experience includes a role as Purchasing & Program Manager at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities encompassed supplier negotiation and IT project management. Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Comprehensive Science from Villanova University and an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
