Jenny Tran

Jenny Tran is a Mechanical Product Design Engineer I specializing in Chassis Pneumatics at Daimler Truck North America since July 2024, after previously serving as a Mechanical Product Design Engineering Intern at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a Content Integration Assistant at Thales, analyzing audio and video data for quality assurance, and as Project Manager and Product Development Engineering Lead with UCI Anteater Baja Racing, where responsibilities included managing costs and developing manufacturing plans. Jenny was also a STEM Instructor/Mentor with Dreams for Schools and held leadership roles within the Society of Women Engineers at UC Irvine, managing finances and organizing events. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from UC Irvine, supplemented by a rigorous Nanotechnology program at the University of Pennsylvania.
