Rob Wilson is an experienced and qualified chartered accountant with over ten years of expertise in corporate finance. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance at Dains Accountants since March 2014, Rob's work encompasses mergers and acquisitions, finance raising, valuations, due diligence, and forecasting. Prior experience includes roles as a corporate finance executive at BDO UK LLP from April 2013 to March 2014 and as a senior executive at PKF from January 2011 to March 2013. Rob completed a degree in Business Management and Business Studies at The University of Sheffield between 2004 and 2007, following earlier education at Newcastle under Lyme School from 1996 to 2004.
