Nicholas Braun

Nicholas Braun is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Protein Manager at Dairy Queen since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the food safety, quality, and regulatory aspects of protein products at both domestic and international levels. Prior experience includes roles as an Agricultural Advisor and Agriculture Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, focusing on meat inspection compliance and training personnel in industry best practices from November 2015 to March 2021. Nicholas also contributed to food safety and quality improvements at GNP Company Careers from August 2008 to June 2015 and gained early experience in animal husbandry and welfare at Research Animal Resources between October 2005 and June 2008. Nicholas Braun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2008.
