Chad Dwyer is an accomplished network engineer with extensive experience in the field of network engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Owner and Chief Network Engineer at Holland Networking, LLC since July 2020, Chad provides dedicated network engineering services to businesses in the La Crosse area. Simultaneously, Chad holds the position of Senior Network Engineer at Dairyland Power Cooperative since June 2020. Previous roles include Network Architect at 3RT Networks, Network Engineer at Affiliated Computer Services, and Network Engineer at Trane, where Chad specialized in designing, configuring, and installing various network systems using Cisco technologies. Chad began the career with a technical role as a Desktop Support Intern at Best Buy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained in 2001.

Headquartered in La Crosse, Wis., Dairyland employs about 550 people in the region.
