Eric Dummer, MBA, PMP has a strong background in project management, specifically in the HVAC and electrical design industries. Eric currently serves as a Manager in the PMO Projects group at Dairyland Power Cooperative, overseeing project managers. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Trane, including Program Manager and Productivity Leader. Their experience also includes leading design and drafting teams at Toman Tool and Marquip Inc. Eric holds an MBA in Ethical Leadership from Viterbo University, along with degrees in Organizational Management and Electrical Design.

Providing safe, reliable, sustainable and affordable electricity for its cooperative members is the goal of Dairyland Power Cooperative. Headquartered in La Crosse, Wis., Dairyland employs about 550 people in the region.
