Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch
Rick Jones has a diverse work experience. Rick started their career in 2006 as a Jewelry Consultant at Ultra Diamonds and worked there until 2012. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Concordia Seminary St Louis in various roles including General Labor, Tour Guide, and Security. Since 2012, they have been associated with Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, initially as Chaplain and Director of Spiritual Life, and later as Chaplain and Vice President-Spiritual Life.
Rick Jones attended Chisago Lakes High School, although no specific dates were provided. Rick then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from Bethany Lutheran College between the years 2002 and 2006. Following this, they pursued further education at Concordia Seminary St Louis and obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from 2007 to 2012.

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a Christian residential treatment and educational center for children and their families. We help the most troubled, complicated and amazing kids by providing best-in-class psychiatric therapy and trauma-informed care, where we look kids in the eye, walk with them, and help them become their best selves. In addition to Residential Treatment Facilities in Fargo, Bismarck, and Minot, the Ranch provides Outpatient Psychiatric and Psychological Services, and Spiritual Life Programs. Our on-campus school, Dakota Memorial School (DMS), provides a personalized education for kids who have psychiatric, behavioral and trauma issues.
