James B. Morgan

James B. Morgan is currently retired. He has been a Director since 1984 and has served on the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since October 2016. He served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 through his retirement effective on September 1, 2013. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Engineering. He originally joined the Company in 1969 as its first design engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from South Dakota State University. Mr. Morgan brings to the Board his experience and knowledge of our business and industry derived from his previous positions as President and Chief Executive Officer and his over 44 years of experience with the Company.
