Joshua Blocker

Joshua Blocker has extensive technical experience, currently serving as a Support Center Technician I at Dal-Tile Corporation since October 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at DXC Technology from October 2017 to June 2019, and briefly as an Overnight Stocker at Walmart in early 2017. Joshua's military background includes serving in the US Army from June 2005 to November 2015 as Company Operations NCOIC/Section Team Chief. Educational qualifications include a Tower Technician Level One certification from My Computer Career Technical School, an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from ITT Technical Institute-Richardson, and training from the Army Signal School. Additionally, Joshua completed OSHA training through TEEX-OSHA Training Center in 2016.
