Shilpa Prakash

Shilpa Prakash currently serves as HR-People & Talent at Dalet, a position held since December 2022, focusing on strategizing hiring and establishing structured HR functions in Dalet India. Prior to this, Shilpa spent six years at HashSearch, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as Lead Consultant- Talent Acquisition, passionately collaborating with innovative startups and product companies in Chennai and Bengaluru. Shilpa holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (2012-2016).
