Timothy Singel

Timothy Singel is an experienced professional in information technology and project management, having served as Deputy Chief Information Officer at Dallas College from April 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of Workday Student and overseeing Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules. Prior to that, Timothy worked at Deloitte from August 2013 to September 2016 as Program Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on quality assurance for large ERP implementations. Timothy's career also includes a significant tenure at IBM from December 2002 to March 2012 as Global HR Business Process Outsourcing Transition Manager and Managing Consultant, where involvement spanned quality processes and custom system implementations. Timothy's diverse experience is complemented by a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science from Roger Williams University.
