Hans Laustrup

Hans Laustrup is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Development at Dalux and a Board Member at Power Stow, both positions held since 2021. Previously, Laustrup spent two decades at 3Shape, from 2001 to 2021, where roles included Senior Vice President of R&D and Vice President of R&D, overseeing a diverse team of 400 across multiple countries, while also establishing a significant R&D presence in Ukraine. Early career experiences include project management at Catalog International, quality management and software development at L.M. Ericsson, and research as a Ph.D. student at the United Nations University Institute. Laustrup holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark, completed in 1996.
