Josephine Ratnayake is currently an Officer in People & Performance at DAMAC Properties, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Josephine worked at Virtuzone from November 2020 to November 2023 as a Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, handling visa and medical insurance procedures, and maintaining HR documentation and databases. Josephine also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern at Choithrams. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Management (HR) from Middlesex University Dubai, and additional studies in Theology at the University of Dayton.
