Mohammed Sameer Khan

Mohammed Sameer Khan is an experienced Senior MEP Coordinator and Projects Manager at DAMAC Properties, responsible for leading the Modular Innovations Department since July 2023. Previously, Mohammed held the position of MEP Operations Manager at Unicorn Electromechanicals L.L.C, where project and design teams were led for various fit-out and retrofit projects. Mohammed's earlier roles include MEP Construction Manager at Al Ghurair MEP, where proficiency in HAP, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), BIM (Revit 3D), and MS Office was demonstrated. Prior experiences also include positions at Voltas International Operations Business Group as a Mechanical Engineer for design and estimation and at ETA Engg. Pvt. Ltd. for HVAC design and planning. With a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing an MSc in Building Services from Heriot-Watt University, Mohammed possesses a strong educational foundation and technical expertise in the MEP field.
