Sarah Ali possesses extensive experience in various roles spanning customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Handover Team Leader at DAMAC Properties since January 2020, Sarah previously held the position of Handover Executive. In parallel, Sarah has worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Jumbo Electronics Company Limited since August 2019 and as a Complaint Management & Retention Specialist at Etisalat, where an average of 400+ customers were retained monthly, contributing to a 10-15% revenue growth.
