Tarek Massoud

Tarek Massoud currently serves as the Head of Compliance at DAMAC Properties, where responsibilities include creating and managing compliance programs across diverse sectors such as real estate, fashion, and hospitality. Prior to this role, Tarek Massoud was the Chief Compliance Officer at Petrofac and held various legal positions at Schlumberger for a decade, including General Counsel for Allegations and Assistant Area General Counsel in Compliance. Tarek's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel for Unilever's Mashreq Region and working as a lawyer at Khaled Nafa’ & Partners Law Firm. Tarek Massoud earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Alexandria University.
