Farah Alhaddad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and previously as an Information Technology Business Analyst at DAMANA since July 2017, Farah has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Earlier roles include Inside Sales Representative at IBM from March 2015 to February 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing sales opportunities and understanding customer needs. Additionally, Farah completed an internship at Microsoft, focusing on case management and communication standardization for the Saudi Service Center, and a summer internship at the Middle East Broadcasting Center, assisting in IT service desk operations. Farah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, obtained in 2013.
