William Khoury has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. William started their career at the National Health Insurance Company - Daman, where they held the roles of Senior Customer Service Representative from 2011 to 2012, and later became a Senior Accounts Manager and Provider Relations/Cost Calculation Specialist from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Cigna Saico Benefit Services as a Regional Contracting Manager. Currently, they are working as the Unit Head of Business Development at DAMANA since July 2017.

William Khoury completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Tishreen University from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career.
