Caitlyn Bradley, MBA, MA, BCBA, currently serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Damar Services, Inc. since May 2023, previously holding a similar position at K1ds Count Therapy, LLC from February to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Caitlyn worked as a BCBA Supervisee/Program Writer at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism from October 2019 to February 2023. Early in their career, Caitlyn gained experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, conducting therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans, and training new staff. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution. Caitlyn is also CPR and AED certified, as well as PCM certified.
