Kim Schuessler currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Damar Services, Inc., a position held since September 2020, focused on fostering teamwork, creative solutions, and best practices among dedicated staff. As an Independent Consultant since January 2001, Kim has also acted as a Public Speaker, sharing personal experiences to inspire joy and hope in others. Previous roles include Associate Pastor at Town Center Church from January 2013 to December 2018, where Kim developed youth and discipleship ministries, and Director of the 365 Youth Ministry Convention for Indiana Ministries of the Church of God Inc. from January 2009 to January 2016, where Kim led initiatives to create impactful experiences for youth and their leaders.
