Jeroen has held various key positions within Damen, including Group Commercial Director, Board Member, and Head of Sales & Marketing. In addition, Jeroen serves as a Board Member for NMT | Netherlands Maritime Technology since November 2019. Prior to joining Damen, Jeroen was a Sales & Marketing Engineer at Netherlocks Safety Systems B.V. from November 2004 to July 2008. Jeroen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management in Mechanical Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2004.
