Marc van Heyningen currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Damen, a position held since April 2020. Additionally, Marc has been involved with NGO Literacy India as an Ambassador/Sponsor since February 2003, concentrating on the education and empowerment of underprivileged children and women. Prior to Damen, Marc held various senior leadership roles at Fluor Corporation from July 1990 to March 2020, including Vice President Operations and Managing Director for multiple regions such as the Netherlands, Russia, and Poland. Marc's previous experience also includes serving as a Director and Board Member at Infraspeed from June 2007 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Structural Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an executive education program in Leadership in the Global Enterprise from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
