Marcel Oosterom is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Financial Director at Damen since December 2020, Marcel Oosterom also held the position of Business Controller. Prior to Damen, Marcel Oosterom was Finance Director at Brush HMA b.v. from 2016 to December 2019, and held senior finance positions at Cargotec, including Senior Controller and Country Finance Manager from 2013 to 2015. Marcel Oosterom began a career at Ernst & Young, where tenure spanned from September 1999 to March 2013, progressing from (senior) staff to Senior Manager. Marcel Oosterom's educational background includes degrees in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University and Avans University of Applied Sciences, as well as additional studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
