Robin Segaar serves as the Sales Manager for the Americas at Damen Shipyards Group since March 2012, focusing on projects in Brazil and Surinam to provide quality ship solutions and services to clients. Prior to this role, Robin held positions including Design & Proposal Engineer for High-Speed Craft at Damen, and Naval Architect at Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture, where responsibilities included technical specifications and project management for yacht construction. Earlier, Robin worked as an interim project leader at Oceanco, coordinating engineering tasks for the 75m motor yacht Anastasia, and gained experience through a graduation project at Schickler Tagliapietra Yacht Engineering, developing optimization models for race yachts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in management from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
