Stuart Will has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the telecommunications industry. Stuart is currently the VP of Sales at DAMM Cellular Systems, where they manage the sales team and is responsible for increasing revenue and expanding the company's footprint. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Director at DAMM Cellular Systems, where they managed indirect sales partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Stuart also held positions at Airbus Group as the Head of Channel Partner Management, Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH as a Regional Sales Director, Sepura as the BDM North America, Selex Elsag as an International Sales & Marketing Manager, SELEX Communications as an International Sales & Marketing Manager, Artevea Digital Ltd as the Head of Sales, Simoco Digital as the Head of Sales, Clarity Telecom as an Account Manager, and Sonera Zed, Singapore as a Commercial Director. Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated a strong ability to manage sales teams, develop partnerships, and drive business growth.

Stuart Will pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. (Hons)) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of East Anglia from 1990 to 1992.
