Adam Stefanski has over 20 years of professional experience in engineering and operations. In 2000, they began their career as a student intern at Synergy Engineering Ltd., where they assisted with the development and factory acceptance of a Human-Machine Interface. In 2003, they worked as a Researcher at ATR, where they were responsible for the electro-mechanical design and programming of Robotic Control Blocks. Adam then moved on to MDA in 2004, where they were a Hardware Engineer and was responsible for implementing the design, integration and testing of a ground-based wireless synthetic aperture radar (WiSAR®) technology demonstrator. In 2008, they joined Icron Technologies as a Hardware Design Engineer, where they were responsible for the development of a multi-functional evaluation PCB to support the validation and verification of Icron’s LionsGate® USB Extension ASIC. Adam then moved on to Millson Technologies in 2012, where they held the roles of VP, Engineering and Operations, VP Engineering, and Engineering Manager. In their most recent role, they were responsible for leading and mentoring the product development and production teams, driving roadmap and development of new home technology products, and establishing and leading production teams. In 2022, Adam Stefanski joined Damon Motorcycles as the Director, Embedded Software Engineering, where they manage a group of Embedded Software Teams developing all of the on-bike software.

Adam Stefanski obtained their B.A.Sc in Electronics Engineering (Honours) from Simon Fraser University and their M.A.Sc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
