Process Engineering and Development at Damon Motors

Dean Anderson has a long and varied work experience. Dean began their career in 1988 as a Senior Staff Engineer at Motorola, where they were responsible for engineering management, materials and process development, and business development for new integrated RF applications. In 1999, they joined TRS Technologies as the Director of New Product Development, where they were responsible for new business development for components in the piezoelectric sensor and medical ultrasound marketplace. In 2006, they moved to Flextronics as Senior Director of Global Accounts. In 2009, they joined Strategic Polymer Sciences as Director of Operations. In 2012, they became the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Sound Technology. In 2017, they were appointed as Process Development Group Manager at Restek Corporation. In 2020, they joined NJOY as Director of Process Innovation. Dean'scurrent role is Process Engineering and Development at Damon Motorcycles, which they began in 2022.

Dean Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1982. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Materials Science from Penn State University, which they completed in 1988.
