Farhad Nazem has over 8 years of work experience in the engineering industry. In 2013, they began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Pavac Industries Inc. and Unit Electrical Engineering LTD. In 2014, they became an Application Engineer at Finning (Canada). In 2015, they moved to Silhouette Enclosures Ltd. as an Engineering Project Manager. From 2018 to 2022, Farhad Nazem worked at Greenlight Innovation Corp. as a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at Damon Motorcycles.
Farhad Nazem has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, which they are currently pursuing (2019-2022). Farhad also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of British Columbia (2008-2012). In addition, Farhad Nazem has obtained various certifications, including Regulation of Firms Permit to Practice from Engineers and Geoscientists BC (2023), Attracting and Retaining Talent: Keys to Success from CME (2020), LEAN Fundamentals from CME (2020), Excel 2019 Essential Training from Lynda.com (2019), Excel 2010 Essential Training from Lynda.com (2019), and Professional Engineer from Engineers and Geoscientists BC (2018).
