Doug Liedberg

Douglas H. Liedberg is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Dana Incorporated. Reporting directly to the company chairman and chief executive officer, Doug oversees all of Dana’s worldwide legal affairs, including risk management, and he has oversight responsibility for global marketing and communications.

Doug also serves as Dana’s chief compliance & sustainability officer. In this role, he leads the Office of Business Conduct, and chairs the company’s Sustainability & Social Responsibility Leadership Council.

Doug first joined Dana in 1999, before leaving the company in 2001 to serve as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the Dentons law firm, advising a wide range of clients with a focus in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Doug rejoined Dana in 2004, serving in the role of senior counsel for mergers and acquisitions until his promotion to associate general counsel in 2008.
