Laurie Stmarie

Laurie StMarie is a seasoned professional in operations excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations Excellence at Dana Incorporated since January 2023. In this role, Laurie leads teams in enhancing processes across six North American plants, achieving an 8% increase in annual operating plan savings and standardizing improvement practices. Previously, Laurie held positions at Stellantis as Master Plan Manager, optimizing plant performance and supporting business planning, and at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as WCM Lead, directing a large team in World Class Manufacturing initiatives. Laurie's earlier experience includes roles in logistics planning and process engineering, with a strong foundation in design engineering from positions at Modern Tooling Systems and Maumee Pattern. Laurie holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo.
