Neil Christensen

Neil Christensen currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global OpEx Systems at Dana Incorporated, a position held since May 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate systems for Operational Excellence and managing a global metrics system across over 100 sites. Prior to this role, Neil was a Lean Manufacturing Manager at Dana, leading the development and implementation of the Dana Operating System strategy. Previously, Neil held the position of Material Handling Engineering Manager at Mack Trucks, Inc., overseeing an engineering team to enhance product flow and Lean systems. Early career experience includes work as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Crayola, where continuous improvement projects were coordinated across manufacturing and support operations. Neil holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
