Erica Summer

Erica Summer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, currently serving as the Global Internal Communications Manager at Danaher Corporation since July 2023. In this role, Erica maintains stakeholder relationships across various departments, manages executive communications, develops written materials for leadership, and oversees the distribution of firmwide newsletters and organizational announcements. Previously, Erica worked at Accenture as an Associate Manager and Senior Specialist, where strategic counsel and crisis communication were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Korn Ferry included executing employee engagement events, managing internal communications strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, and enhancing brand advocacy. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and has further education from Texas Tech University.
