Shashanka Muppaneni

Shashanka Muppaneni serves as the Group Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for the Diagnostics Platform at Danaher Corporation, a role started in 2024. Prior to this, Shashanka held the position of Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group from 2022 to 2024, leading the San Diego office and specializing in global healthcare and corporate finance. Previous experiences include Vice President roles at Seer and Illumina, where Shashanka focused on corporate strategy and growth initiatives, and serving as a Principal at BCG concentrating on healthcare and corporate development. Early career roles include leadership positions at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Smiths Group, Cummins, Microsoft, and contributions as an Associate at the University of Minnesota's Carlson Consulting Enterprise. Shashanka graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 2008.
