Sunny Zhao

Sunny Zhao currently serves as the Executive Talent Acquisition Director and Talent Acquisition Lead for the LS platform at Danaher Corporation, a role held since March 2022, specializing in executive-level recruitment and leadership pipeline development in China. Prior to Danaher, Sunny Zhao was a Global Senior Executive Search Principal Recruiter at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on corporate functions and the Asia Pacific region from November 2018 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Korn Ferry from March 2011 to November 2018, progressing from Research Associate to Senior Associate, and serving as a Consultant at Bo-le Associates from November 2007 to March 2011. Sunny Zhao holds both a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Material Chemistry from Nankai University.
