Theresa Thompson

Theresa Thompson (Irvine), CCRA, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Development at Danaher Corporation since July 2025. Prior to this role, Theresa held various positions at Leica Biosystems, including Director and Manager of Clinical Operations, as well as Staff Clinical Research Scientist/Clinical Program Lead, focusing on IVD and Companion Diagnostics. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at SCIEX, and roles at Thoratec, PAREXEL, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, contributing to expertise in areas such as clinical diagnostics, epidemiology, and neuro-oncology. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and pursued additional education at Harvard Extension School.
