Christian Klentz is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer experience and user research. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) since February 2023, Christian previously held the position of Senior User Researcher at Wallbox Chargers from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include Qualitative Researcher at Bang & Olufsen and Consumer Insights Lead at SOUNDBOKS, where responsibilities involved collecting and analyzing customer data to understand consumer behavior and enhance the customer journey.
